No Spam Policy
6k2.com Free Email Service and the 6k2.com domain has strict Anti-Spam
policies and will not hesitate to pursue whatever legal recourse necessary
to enforce these policies. "Spam," or "Spamming," also known as Unsolicited
Commercial E-mail (UCE) and Unsolicited Bulk E-mail (UBE) is herein defined
as the broadcasting of mass quantities of and or unsolicited Email or
postings to news groups through any network or server or any portion
thereof.
We consider the most egregious offenses of spamming to be those involving
the unauthorized use of third party Email sending and/or relaying resources
and or any portion of 6k2.com Free Email Service services as the
source, intermediary, or destination address.
If you've been spammed by a 6k2.com Free Email Service customer, we
sincerely apologize. Please send a copy of your complaint, along with the
original message to abuse @ 6k2.com(without spaces) and a copy to person who sent it.
There is no need to make threats or to include quotes from recent court
cases. We do not condone spamming and we do not approve of users who take
matters into their own hands and try to harass us or our law abiding
customers. If we get mail bombed then we will simply add your email address
and/or domain to our list of sites we refuse email from while carbon copying
your ISP.
If you are found to have spammed, then we will immediately, without warning,
remove your 6k2.com Free Email account. Lastly, we reserve the right to
determine what violates this policy.
Our policy on Spam is strict and WILL BE enforced for the benefit of all
6k2.com Free Email Service customers. Only by
adhering to our NO-SPAM policy will we be able to provide you with the
service and products that you expect and deserve.
