The following are the terms and conditions for use of the 6k2.com service (the "Service"). Please read them carefully. This Service is provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old or minors who have parental permission to open and maintain a 6k2.com account. 1. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

To open a 6k2.com account you must agree to this TERMS OF SERVICE page. You will then submit your personal information, choose a user name and password. You are responsible for the privacy of your user name and password. Furthermore you are totally responsible for all activity that takes place with your electronic mail account (e-mail). You agree to notify 6k2.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. MEMBER PRIVACY

It is 6k2.coms mission to provide your e-mail account and all of your account information with the utmost in privacy. We will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of any incoming or out going mail through your 6k2.com account, without your prior permission unless 6k2.com has a good faith belief as described in our "6k2.com Privacy Statement". You agree to allow 6k2.com to access you account for technical issues or from your request.

3. EMAIL STORAGE, OUTBOUND MESSAGES AND OTHER LIMITATIONS

The amount of storage space per member is limited to an amount designated by your account class as selected by you upon signup. Some messages may not be processed due to space constraints or outbound message limitations. It is up to you to manage and delete all read and processed e-mail messages in your mailbox.

4. MEMBER CONDUCT

The Service is provided to individuals only. Any unauthorized resale of its services, is expressly prohibited. You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password, including the content of your transmissions through the Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to:


A. use the Service in connection with chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise);
B. harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;

D. transmit through the Service unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature;

H. interfere with or disrupt networks connected to the Service or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks;
I. attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or any other means; or

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

6k2.com provides electronic mail service, including information and links to content from third parties. 6k2.com does not control in any respect any information, products or services offered by these third parties. 6k2.com will not be held liable for any service or merchandise that is offered by a third party link.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6k2.com will not be held responsible for any content of mail that is received to or sent from your e-mail account.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold 6k2.com, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct through your e-mail account.

8. TERMINATION

6k2.com may terminate the Service with proper cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, 6k2.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account for violation of the TOS. 6k2.com shall have no obligation to maintain any content in your account or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.

9. NO SPAM; DAMAGES

6k2.com will immediately terminate any account, which it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any spam or other unsolicited bulk email. In addition, because damages are often difficult to quantify, you agree to pay 6k2.com liquidated damages of for each piece of spam or unsolicited bulk email transmitted from or otherwise connected with your 6k2.com account, or 6k2.com's actual damages, whichever is greater.

10. PARTICIPATION IN PROMOTIONS OF ADVERTISERS

Any dealings with Advertisers on the Service or participation in promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and the Advertiser or other third party. 6k2.com shall not be responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings or promotions.

11. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO CONTENT

You acknowledge that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or email-distributed, commercially produced information presented to you by the Service, by 6k2.com, or 6k2.com's Advertisers or other content providers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. You may make a copy of this content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way content available through the Service, including code and software.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE, MEMBER POLICIES

6k2.com reserves the right to change the TOS or policies regarding the use of the Service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the Terms Of Service on the 6k2.com site.

13. LAWS

This Agreement is governed by the laws in Norway and the parties agree that any claim or dispute between the parties of the agreement shall be brought in the courts in Tønsberg, Norway and I consent irrevocably to the jurisdiction of such courts.6k2.com's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by 6k2.com in writing. You and 6k2.com agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to this Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred. The section titles in the TOS are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.

14. LANGUAGE

It is the express will of the parties that this agreement and all related documents have been drawn up in English.

The forums are intended to be a resource where you can get help, ask for advise and get to know the 6k2.com services better. So no one by any means should take or make negative personal remarks.
